F- Troop Morning Tea - Ray Cheal, Trevor Harrison, Laurelle Freeman, Don Nicholls, Sam Knox, Duncan Dyer, Rob Benson, (Lyn Bates, Peter Martin, Jan Martin, John Hollebon)
Blocked drain at the 14th
Shrubs trimmed back at the bush toilets in preparation for painting
After weeks of rain we finally had a fine day where we could get some work done.
We had eleven volunteers this morning which was helpful and we welcomed Ray Cheal as a new F-Trooper.
On hand we had Sam Knox, Duncan Dyer, Trevor Harrison, Ray Cheal, Rob Benson, John Hollebon, Don Nicholls, Peter Martin, Laurelle Freeman, Lyn Bates and Jan Martin.
The course was very wet so we were restricted with where we could work.
Projects worked on were Loose timber pick up (on foot); firewood preparation, wood delivery; cleaning of the bush toilets including cutting back of shrubs to enable the block to be painted; weeding gardens at the 14th; weeding and tidying the Ladies 2nd tee garden; hedge maintenance at the 18th; tidy up of the front entrance garden and removal of rubbish and loose timber from the garden.
Morning tea was appreciated after a hard mornings work.
YES! WE CAN MAKE A DIFFERENCE!
