F-Troop Morning Tea - Mick Grant, David Medcalf, Peter Martin, Trevor Harrison, Sam Knox, Don Nicholls, Duncan Dyer, Laurelle Freeman ( Jan Martin)
Gardens at the street walk through entrance weeded and new Clivia garden planted (from plants borrowed from the 17th dog leg.
A chilly morning start today but that did not deter 9 of our volunteers. The course was busy with Vets players and we had restricted use of the course as no carts were allowed on.
On hand we had Sam Knox, Duncan Dyer, Trevor Harrison, Don Nicholls, Peter Martin, Mick Grant, Dave Medcalf, Laurelle Freeman and Jan Martin.
Projects worked on were tree maintenance where possible, firewood delivery, weeding of front street walk through entrance gardens and planting in of Clivea plants retrieved from the 17th dog leg garden, weeding of the practice nets gardens, maintenance to the water feature garden in the BBQ area, gurney clean of the upstairs balcony.
It was still cool at morning tea time but we managed to find some sunshine to enjoy our morning tea of fresh sandwiches.
YES! WE CAN MAKE A DIFFERENCE!
