(I very carelessly left my phone at home)
We had a huge day at F-Troop today with all of us very busy with our projects.
On hand we had Sam Knox, Duncan Dyer, Kevin O’Brien, Trevor Harrison, Rob Benson, Don Nicholls, Peter Martin, John Hollebon, David Medcalf, Bev Way and Jan Martin.
The course was busy today with Vets Players on the course.
Projects worked on today were loose Timber and rubbish pick up around the course, Tree Maintenance, Repairs to boundary fence along the 18th fairway, clean up of drain at the back of the clubhouse, clean up of drain along the 6th fairway and back of the 14th fairway. Tidy up of the gardens at the 14th bush toilets, Tidy up of gardens at the 18th tee, watering of gardens at the 18th and 14th, firewood preparation and at long last the fresh mulch has arrived for our gardens.
We were looking for shade at morning tea as the day had warmed up quite a bit. We enjoyed our morning tea of fresh sandwiches and a visit from Ron Gowing who is on sick leave for a couple more weeks.
YES! WE CAN MAKE A DIFFERENCE!
