F- Troop morning tea - Kevin O’Brien, Trevor Harrison, Sam Knox, Nigel Asken, Di Beechey, Peter Martin, Adrian Burke, Duncan Dyer, Rob Benson (Jan Martin).
We had four of our regulars away with week and still had 10 volunteers to work on our projects even though we were still restricted with our movements on the course because of the wet state of the course.
On hand we had Sam Knox, Duncan Dyer, Trevor Harrison, Kevin O’Brien, Rob Benson, Peter Martin, Nigel Asken, Adrian Burke, Di Beechey and Jan Martin.
Projects worked on today were firewood preparation, loose timber pick up around the course (on foot), removal of weed from the dams (on foot), mulching at the BBQ area, removal of weeds from the gardens at the front of the clubhouse, 10th Mens tee garden, around the hedges at the old putting green.
It was great to see some sunshine on the job.
We enjoyed our morning tea of fresh sandwiches.
