Pennants report.
Firstly a big thanks to Matt Colbran and Robbie Whyte for playing today. We had a few of our regular players unavailable and they filled in at late notice. I’m sure they both enjoyed the day even though it was a tough day.
A grade were looking a real chance early but the last few holes cost us a few matches and we went down 6 to 1. Mark Hiley was exceptional again. Mark has been winning his matches comfortably and I asked him to play Number 1 today. He took up the challenge and beat Shelley Beaches gun on the last hole.
B grade managed a draw with a clutch putt from Brett Little on the last hole. B grade remain undefeated and on top of the comp.
Similar to last week C grade had 2 matches finish on the 18th only to loose the last hole and they were beaten 2 ½ to ½.
Next week B and C grade take on Breakers at Toukley and we are looking for a win. A grade have a bye and will come back firing in two weeks.
