We had a beautiful day for golf today on the Village Green.  Our playing partners were Andy & Jann Henebury and we had a lovely day - great company but pity about the golf.  We did have some
highlights which included some good 3 pointers from Andy and I had a gobbler 3/4 at the 8th.

The Golf Event of the day was a Single Stableford for Men and Ladies + 4BBB Stableford Team.

We had 78 starters.

HIGHLIGHTS OF THE DAY as reported to me:  We were one of the last groups in today so I did not have time to circulate all the tables for highlights...….Lauren Matterson had 2/4 birdie on the 8th and nine 3 pointers for her great 44 points; Fran James had 4/4 on the 11th and 5/4 on the 18th; Col Matterson had birdies on the 13th and 17th; Julie Hazzard had 4/4 on the 9th; Marianne Lanhsham had a birdie on the 4th; Sally Hopkins had a birdie on the 6th; my highlight was a 3/4 gobbler on the 8th and finishing with the same ball I started with + breaking the 30 points glass ceiling.
