Green at the 9th - greens in good order

Water still bubbling up at the 18th fairway

It was too wet on the course for heavy vehicles today so we were unable to do any of our normal projects.  We were unable to get our vehicles out of the sheds for pick up duty so nothing was able to be done to clean up the course. The F-Troopers had an unscheduled day off.

I walked the course this morning and found that for the majority of the course had drained very well since yesterday. We still have our traditional wet areas in the low parts of the course and the bunkers were all little swimming pools for the ducks. It is still wet underfoot but in surprisingly good condition.

Tomorrow I would expect that the course will be open and there is to be a Single Stableford for Ladies following the postponement of the Gosford Bowl. You should check with the Pro Shop regarding the state of the course and whether carts will be allowed on.

If we have some more wind and sunshine I would expect that Wednesday's golf will go ahead as programmed.
