More Agapanthus planted at the side of the drain at the 14th bush toilets.
At this time of the year everyone heads for the snow or the warm part of the country and as a result we will be a bit short handed at F-Troop for a few weeks.
Today we had 10 volunteers on hand - Trevor Harrison, Duncan Dyer, Geoff Bridge, Don Nicholls, Peter Martin, John Hollebon, Richard Casey, Rob Benson, Anne Burgess and Jan Martin.
The Tree Gang of Duncan Dyer, Trevor Harrison, Rob Benson and Geoff Bridge trimmed some trees at 6th tee and along the river bank, removed the damaged branch from the centre of the Chinese elm, did routine maintenance of the air conditions in the club, fixed the rear tray on the ute.
Peter Martin and Don Nicholls repaired the rope fence on the 17th fairway, strengthened the curtain support beam in the links room.
John Hollebon and Richard Casey spread mulch at the 14th gardens and trimmed Hibiscus shrubs.
Anne Burgess tidied up around the clubhouse, the wedding garden and 1st and 10th tees, watered the potted plants and the wedding garden and checked the water feature.
I worked at the 14th bush toilets tidying up and watering the new plants, helped to mulch the gardens at the 14th, removed some fireweed from the 6th dam.
Morning tea of savoury breads and chocolate eclairs which was very welcomed and enjoyed in the comfort of the clubhouse. thank you Barto!
