I have done my best with the Golf Goddess and wished for no more rain.

We had 10 volunteers turn up today regardless of the miserable cold wet conditions.
On hand were Duncan Dyer, Trevor Harrison, Don Nicholls, Kevin O'Brien, Geoff Bridge, Peter Martin, Jeff Rogers, John Hellebon, Di Beechey and Jan Martin.
We worked until the rain set in and it was still only 9 degrees - at that point we called off our projects and retired for morning tea in the comfort of the clubhouse.
The boys managed to get some more timber cut up for our firewood supplies and fixed the fence posts along the 18th fairway, started repair work in the Wedding Garden.
Di worked around the clubhouse gardens and the 1st and 10th tees.
I cleaned up and weeded at the 14th bush toilets, tidied up the 6th tranquility garden.
We had a lovely morning tea in the warm air conditioning in the clubhouse. I understand that "Barto" is now providing morning tea for the F-Troopers which we have enjoyed the last few weeks. Thanks Barto! We certainly appreciate it after a hard morning's work.
Hopefully next week we can get better conditions for our projects.
YES! WE CAN MAKE A DIFFERENCE!
