The predicted rain arrived in time to spoil our parade for the Men's competition today.
We have had heavy rain on and off all day which was enough to bring in the early morning players and discourage the later players .......but not all of them.
The attached photo shows the die hards who went out for 9 holes of social golf - playing in very trying conditions.
I understand that Clyde Cruickshanks had 20 points with Mike Hogan and Wayne Kennedy tied for second with 17 points each.
All the players who played this morning will get a credit on their green fees.
