We had a huge day at F-Troop today needing to pick up and transport twelve trailer and truck loads of pavers and sandstone blocks to the Golf Course.  This took up all of our manpower.

On hand we had eleven helpers - Duncan Dyer, Trevor Harrison, Kevin O'Brien, Don Nicholls, Garry Trigg, Geoff Bridge, Warren Gray, Rob Benson, John Hollebon, Peter Martin and Jan Martin.

The pavers and sandstone blocks were donated by Duncan Dyer and can be used in multiple places around the course. Thank you Duncan for your generosity!  The boys were kept busy all morning and worked hard to earn their morning tea.

John Hollebon worked at the BBQ garden repairing the path edges.

Neville Walker also donated his time and expertise using his carpentry skills to replace the damaged door frame to the downstairs storage room.

I helped out with the paving, checked out some places around the course where the pavers can be best used, cleaned up at the bush toilets and watered the gardens there, tidied up the 6th tranquility garden and tidied up the Ladies 3rd tee,

We really appreciated our morning tea and then after morning tea the boys worked on moving another load of pavers.
Thank you for our morning tea Barto!

YES! WE CAN MAKE A DIFFERENCE!
