F-Troop - Monday 16th September 2024

 

F-Troop Morning Tea - Dave Medcalf, Kieran Moran, Peter Martin, Trevor Harrison, Kevin O’Brien, John Hollebon, Duncan Dyer, Sam Knox (Jan Martin)

Our first flower on the fairy magnolias planted recently in the front of clubhouse gardens

We had eight volunteers today to work on our projects.

On hand we had Sam Knox, Duncan Dyer, Kevin O’Brien, Trevor Harrison, Dave Medcalf, Peter Martin, John Hollebon and Jan Martin.

Projects worked on were clean up of the 9th drain, pick up of loose timber around the course, pick up of rubbish from the garden bins and hedge maintenance (total of 9 loads to the rubbish bins), trimming of Hydrangeas on the Men’s 3rd tee including weeding of the garden ( 3 bins of weeds to the rubbish bins), re-setting in of crown of thorn plants in the front of clubhouse garden. 

We enjoyed our morning tea of fresh sandwiches and fresh sponge and cream cake in beautiful sunshine.
