It was a bit of a mixed bag of weather today with the majority of the match played in very pleasant conditions. It was only the last half a dozen holes that it becomes uncomfortable with heavier rain persisting.

Our playing partners were Neville and Jan Walker who were great company.  We started off the day really well scoring some good pars, our highlights being some great shots from the boys to get us to the greens, Jan Walker saving us with some good second shots and chips, and we managed to slip in some good one putts - at the end of the day not having any double bogeys.

The Golf Event of the day was a Mixed 4 person Las Vegas Ambrose.

We had 56 starters with visitors from Shelly Beach and Mooloolaba

RESULTS:

NO HANDICAPPING TODAY!

HIGHLIGHTS OF THE DAY as reported to me: I did not have the energy to make it around the tables tonight but I was not rushed with reports of bragging so we can assume that everyone played the same course that I did. My highlight was that I was an improved putter sinking some good long putts today which made my day.😃
