Golf - Wednesday 6th January 2016

At "Sound of Music" with Granddaughter Emily  - A great day outside of negotiating the relentless rain

The Golf Course was closed today - "Not Happy Jan"

Not surprising considering the huge amount of rain we have received over the last four days.

Looking at the forecast, things look like hotting up for the rest of the week after some clearing showers.

We are looking forward to some action on the course very soon.

There are going to be some kitchen renovations done at the club (hooray!) so the kitchen will be closed from the 11th January to 31st January.  Limited meal options will be advised at a later date.

This Friday Night will be a good opportunity for you all to show your support to the club for the weekly Meat Raffles and Members Badge Draw which is now up to $3,100!!!!  You have to be present at the club to have a chance to win this draw.  I hope to see you all there. The club needs you after a disastrous week of no golf.

Golf - Tuesday 5th January 2016

Hmmmmmm!!!!! No golf today but plenty of rain as was predicted.

The forecast for tomorrow does not look good either.

The village green will certainly be green after all of this rain.

Check with the Pro Shop in the morning regarding the state of the course if you are considering braving the elements.
