Donated agapanthus in a new home at the back of the 14th tee

We had 13 volunteers today which allowed us to get some good projects done.

On hand were Duncan Dyer, Trevor Harrison, Don Nicholls, Rob Benson, Geoff Bridge, Warren Gray, Kevin O'Brien, Garry Trigg, John Hollebon, Peter Martin, Di Beechey, Anne Burgess and Jan Martin.

The tree gang of Duncan Dyer, Trevor Harrison, Geoff Bridge, Kevin O'Brien and Garry Trigg were kept busy all morning removing dangerous branches, a dead tree at the 9th and undercutting on the 18th, 4th and the 5th.

Rob Benson and Warren Gray had the daunting task of rubbish pick up around the course.

Don Nicholls repaired a break in the down pipe near the Pro Shop and helped Peter Martin make repairs to part of the front fence.

John Hollebon worked on trimming the hedges at the 1st and 10th tee.

Di Beechey cleaned up around the clubhouse, tidied the gardens at the front steps and the back of the clubhouse.

Anne Burgess cleaned up the BBQ garden and raked up the side entry.

I worked at the 14th, cleaning up the Bush Toilets and planted in some donated agapanthus, fertilised and watered the new trees at the 17th, tidied up the 6th tranquility garden, tidied up the ladies 3rd tee, checked the hedge at the 4th tee, checked the water feature at the 1st, watered the pots there and in the wedding gazebo, tidied the garden at the Men's 10th tee and started work on tidying the front street garden.

We all enjoyed morning tea of savoury breads, iced buns and iced donuts - Thank you "Barto"

It was great to get some fantastic donations from our lady members which we will put towards the cost of a concrete an area at the BBQ area which will allow us to keep the place nice and tidy.  THANK YOU LADIES AND THE RSL SOCIAL GOLFERS who have also given us a donation that will be put towards this project.

YES! WE CAN MAKE A DIFFERENCE!
