We had all kinds of weather on the village green from cloudy, breezy, very hot, very windy, howling wind, showers and rain. The only thing that did not arrive was the promised thunder.
My playing partners were Lesley Gregory & Sandy Laybutt and we had a lot of laughs and many highlights. Lesley was our champion and we had a great day.
The Golf Event of the day was a Ladies Single Stableford.
We had 64 starters.
