Duck family making their way to the course this morning
We had nine volunteers this morning - we are missing two (overseas travelling) and one (local holidays), two on sick leave. However we did welcome one new member - Danny Fitzpatrick who is going to help us out while he is taking time out from work.
On hand we had Trevor Harrison, Danny Fitzpatrick, Don Nicholls, John Hollebon, Peter Martin, Frank Potter, David Medcalf, Lyn Bates and Jan Martin.
Projects worked on today were loose timber and rubbish pickup around the course, mulching of the garden on the 7th, weeding of the garden at the 7th, whipper snipping and mowing along the 2nd fence line, tidy up of wood yard, connect water to the Ladies 2nd tee, clean up of garden and planting in new plants and watering of plants on the ladies 2nd tee, hedge maintenance, cleaning of the 14th bush toilets and watering of gardens.
We enjoyed our morning tea of fresh sandwiches and biscuits after a hard mornings work.
YES! WE CAN MAKE A DIFFERENCE!
