Water feature maintained
The overnight predicted rain did not happen so we could go ahead with our planned projects - the main one being the re-painting of the parking lots at the back car park and behind the clubhouse.
We had ten volunteers which helped us get some good work done today.
On hand we had Sam Knox, Duncan Dyer, Trevor Harrison, Kevin O’Brien, Rob Benson, Don Nicholls, Peter Martin, John Hollebon, Ron Gowing and Jan Martin.
Projects worked on were Rubbish and loose timber pick up around the course, Roping off and Painting of the parking lots at the back of the clubhouse, moving existing hedge plants from the chipping green to the 10th tee garden, cleaning the paths underneath the clubhouse, 1st and 10th tees, wedding garden and practice nets, tidy up of the gardens in front of the clubhouse, garden behind the Mens 10th Tees and gardens between the 1st and 10th tees, maintenance of the water feature and watering the gardens in the BBQ garden, tidy up of gardens at the 14th bush toilets.
We enjoyed our morning tea of fresh sandwiches after a hard mornings work.
