Gardens at the 1st and 10th tees tidied up, weeded and mulched
Paths cleaned up of sticks and rubbish
We had 11 volunteers this morning to help with our projects.
On hand we had Duncan Dyer, Trevor Harrison, Rob Benson, Les Wielinga, Don Nicholls, Peter Martin, John Hollebon, Ron Gowing, Steve Robinson, Di Beechey and Jan Martin.
Projects worked on were Rubbish and Loose Timber pick up around the course, Firewood preparation, Firewood delivery, hedge maintenance, clean up of the car parks of rubbish, clean up under the clubhouse, clean up of the paths at the clubhouse, 1st and 10th tees, wedding garden and practice nets, weeding and mulching of the gardens at the 1st and 10th tees.
The course was very wet today so we were restricted where we could work with carts and heavy equipment.
We enjoyed morning tea after a hard mornings work.
YES! WE CAN MAKE A DIFFERENCE!
