Tree maintenance at the 6th fairway
New ground cover plants in the Native gardens at the 6th Tee
We had a good response from our volunteers today which was great for our many projects.
On hand we had Duncan Dyer, Trevor Harrison, Kevin O'Brien, Steve Hogg, Rob Benson, Don Nicholls, Peter Martin, John Hollebon, Sam Knox, Garry Trigg, Di Beechey & Jan Martin.
Projects worked on today were tree maintenance, hedge maintenance, rubbish and loose timber pick up around the course, weeding and tidy up of the lavender garden, cleaning of the bush toilets, dead heading agapanthus at the 2nd and 14th gardens, tidy up at the 14th green garden, planting in of new ground cover plants at the 6th tee native gardens, watering of the pots at the 6th gardens, the bike garden, 9th ladies tee garden, 9th green garden, wedding garden pots.
We certainly earned our morning tea this morning after some good hard work.
YES! WE CAN MAKE A DIFFERENCE!
