We had a great day for golf today with our playing partners Bert and Annie Brink. They were fantastic company.  Our golf was not top form but it was good to be out in the sunshine.

The Golf Event of the day was a Single Stableford and the second round of the 32nd Annual Mixed Team Series.

We had 87 starters with 16 daily players.

HIGHLIGHTS OF THE DAY as reported to me: Marianne Lanham played steady golf including a gobbler on the 7th; Lyn Cruickshanks had 22 points on the front 9 and had a gobbler on the 14th; Peter Martin had a gobbler out of the bunker on the 17th for a par; Bert Brink had a gobbler on the 9th for a par; Annie Brink had a 4 pointer on the 1st; Paul Scholberg chipped in for a par on the 18th; Vicki Foster had two 3 pointers; Rosalie Dyer had a 3 pointer on the 11th and the 6th; Lauren Matterson had a nice 36 points including some good 3 pointers; Jamison Fitzgerald had 3/4 on the 7th; David Small had a birdie on the 5th; Dick Bosley had 5/4 on the 10th; Carolyn Buttsworth sank a long 14 metre putt on the 8th for 3/3; my highlight apart from finishing was a drive to the 14th hole to get on the NTP card.
