43 degrees today - whew!!! But does that worry some of our good golfers..... not at all.
Golf went on as scheduled with a small field of 42 keen golfers - it was hot but plenty of ice water along the way was the answer.
Our playing partners were Graham & Rae Brown and we had a very enjoyable day on the Village Green. Rae was a life saver supplying us with cool towels and iced neck scarves. We did have some good highlights along the way with many 3 pointers - the boys beat the girls for the Keno Ticket.
Our Wedding in the Wedding Garden was held on schedule just ahead of the thunder and slight showers that followed which did not upset any of the Bride & Groom's plans.
The Golf Event of the day was a 2 Ball Aggregate Par + Singles Mixed Men and Ladies.
We had 42 starters with 3 visitors from Howlong, Massey Park & Pymble.
