It was a very good pleasant day for golf after such a hot day yesterday. My playing partners were Elizabeth McNamara and Elly Van Den Berg & we had a good day with Elly chipping in for a 4 pointer at the 3rd and Elizabeth coming in at 3rd place in her division.
The Event of the day was a Ladies Single Stableford and we had 78 starters.

HIGHLIGHTS OF THE DAY as reported to me: Elizabeth McNamara got a great 3 pointer with a long putt; Elly Van Den Berg had a nice gobbler chip for 4/4 on the 3rd and also got a 4 pointer on the 12th; Doreen Vines got a 4 pointer at the 12th; Lynn Puiatti had a 4 pointer gobbler chip on the 3rd and a 4 pointer on the 16th; Dawn Cook sank a 30 foot putt for a 3 pointer.
