F-Troop - Monday 2nd February 2009

While I have been basking in the sunshine at Byron Bay the F-Troopers have been hard at work doing some serious clean up jobs including the removal of a fallen tree on the first and dangerous branches from trees on the course. My thanks to the workers for looking after the garden plants with water during this hot period. It is difficult to keep everything alive during this extreme weather.
We had 10 F-Troopers on duty for the clean up - Martin Gallagher, Des Wilson, Doug Incoll, George Foster, Duncan Dyer, Spencer Walklate, Bruce White, Peter Murphy, Clyde Cruickshanks & Warren Gray.
Di Beechey & Robin Incoll were available for watering duties while I was away & did a great job keeping the garden plants alive. My thanks to all the F-Troopers including those that work in their own time and largely go unacknowledged because of the timing of their work.
