Rubbish removal from the 1st and 10th tees (we left this area in pristine condition just last week) 

We had a record number of volunteers turn up today to help with our projects 16 out of 17 current members.

On hand we had Sam Knox, Duncan Dyer, Trevor Harrison, Kevin O’Brien,  Rob Benson, Dave Medcalf, Frank Potter, John Hollebon, Don Nicholls,Peter Martin,  Bev Way, Leeanne Binns, Bruce Binns, Carolyn Buttsworth, Laurelle Freeman and Jan Martin. This was very heartwarming given we are only two days from Christmas and these members still found time to help out. Thank you F-Troopers - you are all legends.

Projects worked on today were Path Repairs around the course; rubbish and loose timber pick up around the course,; blowing of the car parks and 1st and 10th tees and removal of rubbish; hedge maintenance and garden maintenance at the 1st and 10th tees; clean up and lawn mowing at the 18th including removal of trees and mowing at the out of bounds area;  tidy up at the 13th tee; cleaning and hose out of the 14th bush toilets; weeding and removal of bark, whipper Snipping at the 14th Bush toilets; trimming of shrubs at the 14th Bush Toilets; watering and tidying the Ladies Garden at the 2nd tee; watering gardens at the 9th and 8th tee gardens; watering of gardens in front of the clubhouse; removal of bark and large branches ant the 1st and 10th tees; removal of dead branches from the back of 10th tee garden. 

We enjoyed our morning tea of fresh sandwiches after a hard mornings work.

YES! WE CAN MAKE A DIFFERENCE!
