This morning we had 14 volunteers turn up to help with our projects which was an outstanding effort. Everyone put in 110% effort today and we removed multiple Ute/trailer loads of loose timber and garden weeds and sticks including removal of overgrown agave plants which we have found new homes for.

On hand we had Trevor Harrison, Duncan Dyer, Kevin O’Brien, Rob Benson, Mick Grant, Don Nicholls, Peter Martin, John Hollebon, Carolyn Buttsworth, Laurelle Freeman, Leeanne Binns, Lyn Bates, Bev Way and Jan Martin.

Projects worked on today was picking up loose timber and rubbish from around the course after the recent high winds, clean up of the garden area at the 14th Bush toilets including cleaning out the drain and trimming back overgrown Agave plants, tidy up of gardens at the 2nd and 3rd, tidy up of gardens at the front of the clubhouse, hedge maintenance including repair the the hedge at the front steps, watering of gardens and replanting in of Agave plants.  Everyone put in 110% today -thank you F-Troopers.

We enjoyed our morning tea of fresh sandwiches after a hard mornings work.
