Hello from beautiful Hawks Nest.

Hawks Nest Golf course was at its best today after a huge amount of rain the previous few days even up to just before we teed off this morning. The rain was gone and the course was dry - not even any wet shoes.  It is a gem of a course in wet weather because it recovers so quickly regardless of the amount of rain. All the bunkers were in play.

We had a great day with many of the Gosford group featuring in the winners circle. I not only won a ball, but Peter and I won a golf ball each in the 2Ball + Peter came in 2nd in C Grade ….and yes - I finished with the same ball I started with.

Meanwhile at Gosford……

Things were not so great with no competition golf played today.
