Senior Pennants
Last week we played Breakers at Shelly Beach Golf Club. Our A grade had a bye. B grade were 2 games all and for the second week in a row went down in the playoff. C Grade also went close but lost 3 to 1.
This week we played Everglades at Kooindah Waters. Three of our A grade players went down the 18th in contention and Mick McLaren had a strong win but we went down 4 ½ to 1 1/2. Dan Rogers had a tough day and had some unlucky lies as you can see form the photos. We were not far away from a win.
B grade again looked good but went down 3 to 1 and C grade had a good win 2 ½ to 1 ½ after Joe Woodhead won the last hole to square his match.
Next week a bye and then onto Magenta shores.
