Gardens worked on today were the 2nd Ladies Tee garden, 2nd Green fence garden, 3rd Men’s Tee Garden, streletzia garden at the 15th, 14TH bush toilets gardens, watering gardens at the 5th tee
Another streletzia plant tidied up
We had 11 volunteers to help with our F-Troop projects today.
On hand we had Sam Knox, Duncan Dyer, Kevin O’Brien, Trevor Harrison, Peter Martin, John Hollebon, Ron Gowing, Leeanne Binns, Lyn Bates, Carolyn Buttsworth and Jan Martin.
Projects worked on today were firewood preparation; loose timber and rubbish pick up around the course; Hedge maintenance; Plantingin new plants and mulching gardens; cleaning of the paths in front of the clubhouse, paths to the 1st and 10th tees, paths to the practice greens and nets; Weeding of gardens at the ladies 2nd tee garden, 2nd green fence garden, watering of gardens at the 3rd and 5th tee gardens; weeding of the 3rd Men’s tee garden; more trimming of the streletzia garden at the 15th tee; tidy up of the paths and gardens at the 14TH bush toilets; tidy up of gardens at the BBQ Garden; filling up the water feature at the BBQ garden.
We enjoyed our morning tea of fresh sandwiches after a hard morning’s work.
