The weather improved to a sunny day but the course was very wet for the first two hours with heavy dew remaining until mid morning and there were still a lot of puddles on the fairways from the recent rain which washed out all our bunkers again - but they were in play today.

My playing partner was Bev Way and we had a very enjoyable day in the sunshine - both finishing in the 30’s so we were happy.

The Golf Events of the day were a Ladies Single Stableford in age divisions + a 9 hole Ladies Single Stableford.

HIGHLIGHTS OF THE DAY as reported to me: Lesley Gregory had an Eagle 3 on the 10th; Fran James had a gobbler from 110m out on the 9th for 3 shots and enjoyed her 40 points today; Cheryl Davison (at the 8th had 33 points) and went on to get 4/4 at the 9th to get 37 points which gave her runner up position; Lauren Smith enjoyed 6 pars in a row; Vicki Foster had 6 pars included in her 37 points; Lynn Puiatti had two 4 pointers; Glennis English had a gobbler birdie on the 8th; my highlights were a birdie at the 10th, some good 3 pointers which helped me win a ball (from a position of  total of 2 points after the 4th hole).
