We had 10 starters.

WINNER: Jan Walker - 37 points on a countback
NEAREST THE PINS:
5TH HOLE: Vicki Foster - 376 cms
12TH HOLE: Jan Walker - 1300 cms

WOMENS SR: 73
Our playing partners were Neville and Jan Walker who both had good games and came in winners on the day. Peter also had a good game and came in 2nd place in the Men’s Singles.
The weather was very patchy - ranging from light showers to full on rain to wind and more light showers with very small patches of sunlight. The course had a surprising amount of puddles in the lower places on the fairway and some of the bunkers were out of play.
It was great to bring home three of the winners today ( no guessing who the weak link was). We did have some really good highlights with Peter sinking some good long putts for pars and Neville and Jan being very consistent. I did finish with the same ball I started with and sank a good long putt on the second green - playing in wet weather is not my thing. That is my story and I am sticking to it.
