F- Troop Morning Tea - Peter Martin, Duncan Dyer, Ron Gowing, Sam Knox, Rob Benson, Trevor Harrison, John Hollebon, Nigel Asken, Kevin O’Brien, Don Nicholls, Di Beechey (Jan Martin) - waiting on our sandwiches!
The course was very busy with Vets players today but we managed to work our way around them with no dramas.
We had 12 volunteers today with plenty of projects to work on.
On hand we had Duncan Dyer, Trevor Harrison, Sam Knox, Kevin O’Brien, Nigel Asken, Rob Benson, John Hollebon, Don Nicholls, Peter Martin, Ron Gowing, Di Beechey and Jan Martin.
Projects worked on today were Loose Timber and rubbish collection around the course, clean up at the back of the clubhouse, firewood preparation, hedge maintenance, garden weeding and maintenance at the front of the Clubhouse and back of the 10th tee and around the putting green, clean up of the paths at the front of the clubhouse, 1st and 10th tees, wedding garden and practice nets, finishing of the agave garden at the Racecourse Road fence line at the Men’s 3rd Tee, tidy up of the 6th tranquility garden, cleaning of the bush toilets and watering the gardens there.
Morning Tea was a little late this morning ( the bread did not arrive on time) however our sandwiches were super fresh when they did arrive accompanied by mini quiches which were greatly appreciated.
YES! WE CAN MAKE A DIFFERENCE!
