Hard at pick up today
No rain this morning and 12 keen volunteers turned up to help us with our projects.
On hand were Duncan Dyer, Steve Hogg, Kevin O’Brien, Sam Knox, Rob Benson, Steve Robinson, Don Nicholls, Peter Martin, John Hollebon, Ron Gowing, Di Beechey and Jan Martin.
Projects worked on today were loose timber and rubbish pick up around the course, firewood preparation, tidy up around the Clubhouse, BBQ area, back of the clubhouse, clean up of the paths 1st and 10th tees, Wedding Garden, Practice Nets, hedge maintenance, weeding of gardens, dead heading the streletzias at the 15th, “no parking” sign in the front car park and marking of parking spots, cleaning of the bush toilets, tidy up of the 6th tranquility garden, tidy up of the 14th green garden.
Morning tea was appreciated after a hard mornings work.
