Today was a nice sunny day and perfect for golf. Our playing partners were Steve and Liz Robinson who were great company. We did have some highlights - the best of which was the girls beating the boys at the last hole with a great 3 pointer from Liz for the Keno Ticket.
The Golf Event of the day was a Single Stableford for Men and Ladies + a Team 2BBB.
We had 96 starters with 7 visitors from Pennant Hills, Nelson Bay, Howlong, Wyong and Everglades.

HIGHLIGHTS OF THE DAY as reported to me: Liz Robinson was an improved player on the second 9 and was the champion winner of the day by winning the Keno Ticket from the boys on the last hole and had 3 x 3 pointers on the last 9; Steve Robinson had 4 pars in a row on the 13/14/15/16th; Peter Martin sank a couple of good long putts; Neville Walker had 3 pointer on the 14th and 4/4 at the 17th; George Foster suffered a crow stealing his golf ball on the 15th; Kevin O’Brien had a birdie on the 17th; Mark Stimpson had a birdie on the 15th; Clyde Cruickshanks has a birdie on th3 12th; Alice Diamond and Lyn Cruickshanks won the Keno ticket from the boys; my highlights were having good company and playing consistently if nothing else.
