Another busy day for F-Troopers and with a good number of volunteers - unfortunately I had other priorities and could not be there.
Projects worked on was mainly tidy up around the clubhouse, 1st and 10th tees, loose timber and rubbish pick up around the course, tidy up of 7th tee path and edging, firewood preparation, replacement of taps in the Men’s washroom, hedge maintenance and watering of gardens.
A WARNING FOR THE NEXT TWO MONTHS - The Bunya Pines on the 16th and 17th fairways will be dropping their fruit. Great care should be taken if there is a need to go underneath any of these trees as the heavy fruit will fall without warning and cause untold damage to anything or anyone underneath.
