We had a great day to enjoy our Village Green - the weather was kind to us with just the lightest of showers and mainly blue skies and sunshine
.
Our playing partners were Peter and Sandy Laybutt who were great company and we did enjoy some good highlights. The best of which was my 2 x 4 pointers.
The Golf Event of the day was the 3rd and final round of the Team Series + aSingle Stableford.

HIGHLIGHTS OF THE DAY as reported to me: We were the last team in today so I wasn not able to get around all the tables to get highlights today - this is what I gathered: Sandy Laybutt had 4 x 3 pointers; David Grant had birdies at the 11/18/4th holes; Fay Bailey had a good partner; Liz Robinson had 4/4 at the 4th; Vicki Foster had 5/3 on the 18th; Lauren Matterson's highlight was playing with Lynn Puiatti; Col Matterson had birdies at the 7/17/15th; Kim Cardiff had 21 points on the front 9; Lorraine Bignall had a birdie on the 18th; Kevin O'Brien had a birdie on the 4th; my highlights were many - playing with great company, scoring 2 x 4 pointers which included a good long putt in on the 16th for a par, having no wipes and finishioing with the same ball I started with.
