F-Troop Morning Tea - Duncan Dyer, Rob Benson, Terry Coyle, Kevin O’Brien, Steve Hogg, Peter Martin, Paul Scholberg (Ron Gowing, Sam Knox,Jan Martin)
A cool morning with high winds made it a bit uncomfortable early in the morning but when the wind dropped it was not too bad. The course had a Social Charity Day for the Kidney Foundation and a Men’s Pennant match as well as general social players.
We had on hand Duncan Dyer, Kevin O,Brien, Sam Knox, Steve Hogg, Rob Benson, Terry Coyle, Peter Martin, Ron Gowing and Jan Martin.
Projects worked on today were tree maintenance, loose timber and rubbish pick up around the course, fertilising and watering of trees and shrubs on the 18th and 15th, tidy up around the clubhouse, 1st and 10th tees, wedding garden and practice nets, cleaning of the bush toilets, mulching on the greenspace gardens, weeding and clean up, fertilising and watering of the greenspace gardens, tidy up of the 6th tranquility garden, fertilising and watering the pots at the 6th tee, bike garden, ladies 9th Tee garden, 9th green pot, and roses in the wedding garden, watering the gardens at the 1st and 10th tee and the Xanadu garden.
We found a nice sunny spot to enjoy our morning tea.
