Hedge between the 10th and the 18th
given a good cut back.
There was a very chilly wind the keep us company this morning.
We had a great number of volunteers for such a cold day - 15 in all.
On hand were Trevor Harrison, Duncan Dyer, Kevin O’Brien, Steve Hogg, Rob Benson, Terry Coyle, Andy Henebury, John Hollebon, Ron Gowing, Paul Brennan, Peter Martin, Don Nicholls, Sam Knox, Di Beechey and Jan Martin.
Projects worked on today were Loose Timber and Rubbish pick up around the course, tidy up around the clubhouse and 1st and 10th tees, delivery of firewood, cutting back the large hedge between the 10th and 18th fairways, clubhouse maintenance, cleaning of the bush toilets, maintenance to other hedges, weeding the green space gardens including fertilising and watering, tidy up of the 6th "tranquility garden, watering the pots at the 6th, bike garden, ladies 9th tee, 9th green and wedding garden pots.
We escaped the wind for morning tea by retreating into the clubhouse.
