Gosford Winners today at Hawks Nest - Ray Buttsworth, Garry Baillie, Kay Baillie, Peter Martin, Jan Martin, Lyn Bates & Fraser Bates.

I could not resist this photo - we were the 1st in and top of the board (briefly)

This was wishful thinking also - early after the golf.

Peter Martin managed to hold his place as winner of the Men's Singles.

At the end of the day we came in 3rd place in the Team Event

We had a very successful day of golf at Hawks Nest today with Gosford players doing well with the trophy wins - the star was Peter Martin with 40 points who took out the Men's Singles Winner and we (Peter with a small bit of help from Jan) got Team 3rd Place.

The beginning of the day was windy and cool but by the afternoon the rain threatened and we just managed to scramble in before it got very heavy.

The Golf Event of the day was a Single Stableford + Team Split Sixes.

We had 67 starters with 16 visitors from Rosnay & Belmont.
