4th tee garden
(the Cliveas saved from the dump (ex 17th) have transplanted
well into this garden)

We had some good rain overnight and more showers later today so the gardens will be happy for a while.

The course was busy with about 90 or so Vets players this morning so we were a bit restricted with where we could work.

Our volunteers were reduced a bit by some members away on holidays however we had 10 helpers which let us get some good work done.

On hand we had Trevor Harrison, Duncan Dyer, Kevin O'Brien, Steve Hogg, Garry Trigg, John Hollebon, Ron Gowing, Peter Martin, Don Nicholls & Jan Martin.

Projects worked on today was tree maintenance, wood splitting, firewood delivery, hedge maintenance, weeding, planting in new plants into existing gardens, cleaning the bush toilets, maintenance to the 6th tranquility garden, removal of tyres from the Camellia trees in Camellia Way,
preparation for a lily pilly hedge at the wood heap, tidy up around the clubhouse.

Morning Tea was much appreciated as we had all put in a good morning's work.  We were lucky we did not have any showers while we were working.

YES! WE CAN MAKE A DIFFERENCE!
