The 8th Hole at Gosford
all four drives to the green
Jan Walker won nearest the pin
all four of us got 3 pointers
With Jan & Neville Walker at the 1st
We had a nice cool day for golf which was a welcome change from the recent very hot days. There were a few light showers but not enough to spoil the golf.
Our playing partners were Neville & Jan Walker and we had some good highlights - the best of which was the 8th hole where we all drove to the green and got a 3 pointer each. Jan won nearest the pin with her good drive.
The Golf Event of the day was a Single Stableford for Men and Ladies.
We had 57 starters
