We had a very nice day for our F-Troop work today.  The course was very busy being a Vets Day but we still managed to get some good projects done.

On hand we had Trevor Harrison, Kevin O'Brien, Rob Benson, Terry Coyle, Steve Hogg, Don Nicholls, John Hollebon, Ron Gowing, Peter Martin, Di Beechey, Jan Martin and we welcomed a new F-Trooper Steve Robinson who had his first day with us today.

Projects worked on today were Rubbish and Loose Timber pick up around the course, cleaning out of the gutter around the putting green, cutting up and removal of a large fallen branch near the first tee, trimming of the camellia trees at the 11th & 18th, delivery of firewood, repair and replacement of broken lattice work at the back of the clubhouse, Repairs to the wooden fence on the 18th, pick up of rubbish at the 18th; maintenance to hose reel and hose at the BBQ garden, tidy up underneath the clubhouse, wedding garden, practice nets and 1st and 10th tees,watering of gardens and lawns around the clubhouse, putting green, wedding garden and xanadu garden, cleaning of the bush toilets, tidy up of garden at the 14th greenspace and watering the gardens there, moving cycad palm from 14th greenspace to the Xanadu garden, watering the pots at the 6th, weeding and raking the 6th tranquility garden, a start made on tidying up the Ladies 13th garden.

We all appreciated our morning tea today and deserved our break after a good mornings work. Thank you for our morning tea goodies Barto!
