The Golf Event of the day was a Single Stableford for Men and Women + 2BBB Aggregate

We had 69 starters with 3 visitors from Kurri Kurri, Leeton & Charlestown.

WINNER: Celine Chin - 35 points on a countback

HIGHLIGHTS OF THE DAY as reported to me: Duncan Dyer was an improved player;
Kay Baillie & Rosalie Dyer only lost the Keno by two; Anne Forrester had 4/3 on the 1st; Brent Frewin had birdies on the 14th and15th (not to mention being on the 6th for 2 and wiping the hole); Wally Bailey had 4/4 on the 1st; Sheen Asken had a birdie on the 6th; Nigel Asken & Fay Bailey are hoping to peak soon; Ross Drakeford had a birdie on the 1st and peaked too soon; Christine Drakeford had 4 pars on the front 9; Julie Hazzard had 15 points on the back nine; Cheryl Davison had 2/4 on the 14th; Georgina Lamb & Graham Muller both had 31 points; Team of Garry Trigg, Doreen trigg, Spencer Walklate and Tania Walklate did not lose a ball; Mark Stimpson had a birdie on the 8th; Neville & Jan Walker had a lovely day in the sunshine & had a 3 pointer at the 15th; Kevin O'Brien got himself out of a lot of sticky positions today - scoring a birdie on the 13th. a par on the 4th after hitting out of a bare patch on the 6th and chipped in for a short put for a par, also a trick shot on the 3rd hitting a metre backwards putt into the hole; Lorraine Bignall played steady gole having pars on the 10th, 8th & 14th; Fran James had 18 points on the back 9; Owen James hit the ball well after a cold start.
