Notes about the match: Not a good day for Match Play golf, however it was the same for both teams. Belmont proved way too strong for our boys and they maintained their unbeaten run and finished top of our Division 8. Without doubt the best part of the day is the 19^th hole where all the players get together over “refreshments” and new friendships were created.

I would like to thank my team of which I am very proud as they stuck to their tasks no matter how strong the opposition was and gave it their all. Well done fellas!!

There is a good chance that the 2018 Pennant will be played later in the year so those who want to share this great game of match play had better be early in nominating.
