Our early morning starts were justified today allowing us to get our projects done before the heat set in.

On hand today we had Trevor Harrison, Duncan Dyer, Steve Hogg, Kevin O'Brien, Geoff Bridge, John Hollebon, Don Nicholls, Peter Martin, Di Beechey, Anne Burgess and Jan Martin.

Projects worked on today were Tree maintenance around the course, rubbish and loose timber pick up around the course, maintenance to the watering system at the 10th tee,  gardens watered at the 18th, 1st and 10th tees, wedding garden and front of the clubhouse, tibouchinas on the second fairway, 13th Ladies garden tidied and watered, garden at the 12th green tidied, pots watered at the 6th tranquility garden, bike garden, 9th ladies tee, pots in the wedding gazebo, bush toilets cleaned and gardens in the Greenspace watered, hedges maintained at the 7th and 14th, shrubs maintained in the 6th native garden, tees raked at the 7th tee and the 18th tee.

We called an early morning tea due to the excessive heat. Our morning teas were provided by our sponsor Barto which were appreciated by all. Thank you Barto!

Lack of water is stressing out our gardens and small shrubs so some nice steady rain for a couple of days (outside of golfing hours of course) would be appreciated as it is hard to get around all of the parched areas.

YES! WE CAN MAKE A DIFFERENCE!
