After having a couple of weeks break the F-Troopers were back in force this morning to catch up with all of our projects.

We had fifteen volunteers which was great as it is still holiday season. On hand were Trevor Harrison, Duncan Dyer, Geoff Bridge, Rob Benson, Steve Hogg, Roy Rogers, Kevin O'Brien, John Hollebon, Nigel Asken, Don Nicholls, Peter Martin, Garry Trigg, Di Beechey, Anne Burgess, and Jan Martin.

There was plenty of loose timber pick up to be done and raking up of tees and all the gardens were parched after all the recent heat waves.

Projects worked on today were maintenance on damaged and dangerous trees; rubbish and loose timber pick up; removal of weed from the 13th dam; maintenance to hedges; tidy up of tees; tidy up at the back of the clubhouse; watering of the gardens at the clubhouse, wedding garden, 1st and 10th tees, camellias at the 18th; securing hazard pegs; watering the hedge at the 4th Tee; 14th bush toilets cleaned and gardens watered; pots at the 6th tranquility garden watered and garden tidied; Bike Garden watered and tidied; garden at the Ladies 9th tee watered; donated Agave planted at the 2nd Green succulent garden; a start made on maintaining the 13th Ladies garden; roses at the putting green dead headed.

YES! WE CAN MAKE A DIFFERENCE!
