This is an interesting story.......
Geoff Hall returned to golf today after a spell due a workplace accident. Geoff lost his grip on his 3 wood after a nice follow through after hitting off the 6th Tee which resulted in the club floating in Narara Creek. Someone had to help - so his mate Scott Pilarski made his day by swimming out and saving the club from certain death! Well what are mates for? Must have been worth some laughs and at least a beer after the match! Well done Scott!
The Golf Event of the day was a Men's Monthly Medal Single Stroke.
We had 202 starters with 15 visitors from Bayview, Everglades, Woolaware.
