Hydraengers at the Men's 3rd Tee - fertilised and weeded

We had a good lot of volunteers today to allow us to get on with our projects. The course was very soft from the recent rains but we were still able to get out on the course.

On hand were Duncan Dyer, Trevor Harrison, Kevin O'Brien, Garry Trigg, Geoff Bridge, Steve Hogg, Rob Benson, John Hollebon, Don Nicholls, Peter Martin, Di Beechey, Anne Burgess and Jan Martin.

The tree gang of Duncan, Trevor, Garry and Geoff worked at the 15th tee area trimming back overhanging shrubs and trees and did some undercutting around the course.

Rob, Steve and Kevin did pick up duty around the course and Kevin did some rubbish removal out of the 3rd dam.

John Hollebon worked on the hedges at the 10th and tidied up at the practice nets.

Peter and Don worked on plumbing jobs inside the clubhouse and the 14th bush toilets replacing old toilet parts with new and recycling where they could.

Di and Anne cleaned up around the clubhouse and worked on the garden at the 15th tee.

I worked at the 14th bush toilet area, tidied up at the 6th tranquility garden and watered the pots there, replaced a couple of the succulents at the shoe garden at the 4th green, checked the shoe garden at the 17th, cleared some more of the Clivias at the 17th and checked for caterpillar damage, fertilised and weeded the Hydraengers at the Men's 3rd tee, tidied up at the 3rd and 5th tee, watered the pots in the wedding gazebo.

We enjoyed our morning tea after a hard mornings work. Thank you Barto!

YES! WE CAN MAKE A DIFFERENCE!
