We were so lucky with the threatening showers for our nine hole shotgun start. We had no rain and a nice breeze to keep temperatures at a pleasant level.  Our playing partners today were Paul and Angelique Scholberg and we had a very enjoyable nine holes on the Village Green followed by a buffet dinner.  We did have some highlights the best of which was winning the longest drive on the 18th.

The evening was a huge success with a large number in attendance for the buffet dinner, meat raffles and badge draw. 

The Golf Event was a Single Stableford Medley Nine and Dine.

We had 46 starters with visitors from Everglades, Yamba, West Wyalong and Kooindah.

NEXT WEEK THE FRIDAY NIGHT MEAT RAFFLES WILL CONTINUE AND THE BADGE DRAW WILL BE $2,800 BUT YOU WILL NEED TO BE AT THE CLUB AT THE TIME OF THE DRAW TO WIN.
