Oleander Garden at the back of the 5th Tee tidied up
We had twelve volunteers today to continue our projects.
On hand were Trevor Harrison, Duncan Dyer, Rob Benson, Kevin O'Brien, Geoff Bridge, Warren Gray, Garry Trigg, Peter Martin, Don Nicholls, Di Beechey, Anne Burgess and Jan Martin.
The Tree Gang of Duncan a Dyer, Trevor Harrison, Geoff Bridge, Kevin O'Brien and Garry Trigg continued with their undercutting along the 6th and 4th and cut back some nuisance branches on a tree on the 9th.
Rob Benson and Warren Gray did timber and rubbish pickup around the course.
Peter Martin and Don Nicholls with the help of Kevin O'Brien, Di Beechey and Anne Burgess removed furniture from the Links Room and then took care of purchasing some plumbing supplies for the club.
Di Beechey and Anne Burgess tidied up the car parks and BBQ area, watered plants and pots in the Wedding Garden and 1st and 10th tees including checking the water features.
I worked at the 14th Bush Toilets and green space garden, weeded the oleander garden at the back of the 5th Tee, made a start on cleaning up the Wedding Garden and watered the pots in the gazebo.
We made short work of morning tea this morning after a big morning's work. Thank you Barto!
